RKC is a multi-discipline construction and industrial services contractor based in Killucan, Co. Westmeath.

We work closely with our clients to tailor the services we provide to their specific needs and circumstances. RKC covers a wide range of construction work, with a heavy focus on our civil and structural departments, and holds certification for the supply and installation of structural steel.
Along with those departments, RKC operates site-services and factory-maintenance crews. We are willing to go the extra mile whenever and wherever we're needed.
Steel workshop heritage
RKC's longest-serving division is the steel workshop. It started life as a repair workshop for plant and machinery and, over the years, developed into a fabrication shop producing structural steel, architectural railings, balconies, stairs, pipe racks, bridges and vehicle ramps — now certified to EN 1090-1 Execution Class 2.
Civil & plant capability
Alongside the workshop, RKC built up a civil department and its own fleet of excavators, dumpers and haulage plant. That combination means groundworks, drainage, concrete, paving and earthmoving can be delivered by our own people and machines.
Industrial site services
RKC has established itself on multiple large-scale projects by setting and maintaining high logistics and safety standards. We work as a trade partner to EPCM main contractors, providing site services and factory maintenance crews, including in pharmaceutical environments.

With any business dealing with heavy plant and machinery, an efficient safety programme is essential. We maintain records of plant and operator certificates, follow site guidelines for excavations and permitting, and encourage participation in site-specific programmes.
Our paving and landscaping work follows a 'right first time' procedure, with an in-house quality team checking work before handover.
RKC is fully registered and insured. A project-specific portfolio is available on request for tender packages.
